A new promo for " The Flash " has been revealed, teasing the rise of new threats in Season 3.
The promo show Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) coming to grips with the new reality he created with his actions (travelling back his time and preventing the Reverse-Flash from murdering his mother) in the Season 2 finale. He tries to explain the situation to Cisco, but Cisco is a rich man in the “Flashpoint” timeline, and not terribly interested in any realities where he is not.
In addition Two primary villains will make their debut during The Flash's season 3, but it's unclear whether the Dr. Alchemy or the speedster Savitar is the hooded character that is revealed at the 8 second mark in the tease. Dr. Alchemy traditionally wore a hood in the comics, while Savitar had a cult following that could explain this villain's followers.
