As Outlander hurtles towards its season two finale, things are really stepping up for Jamie and Claire and we think things are going to kick off in a big way next weekend!
On Saturday night we will be on the edge of our seats waiting for the start of episode eleven, titled Vengeance Is Mine as the new Starz promo has promised a LOT.
As if this year hasn’t been intense enough, what with the stillborn baby, the Black Jack Randall duel and all that French craziness, it looks like things are going to get even worse for Outlander series.
In the new promo clip there is footage of a major battle scene, which we are hoping won’t have horrible consequences for Jamie. However his luck so far has not been great.
The official show synopsis stares that the Jacobite leaders try to halt the march on London and as a result Claire and the Highlanders are forced to move north. They will encounter a troop of redcoats on their travels, which could mean the return of Captain Jack. Something none of us want to see after the horrific season one finale.
As the episode is titled “Vengeance Is Mine” though, we are pretty sure the villain will make an appearance at some stage and will come face to face with Jamie again. Here’s hoping our favourite red head manages to actually kill him this time. How many times has he missed now?
One other thing we know about the next episode us that it will contain some highly emotional scenes with a LOT of kissing and raunchy excitement. We are going to need all that light relief!
