"Teen Wolf " will come to an end after six seasons and 100 episodes, MTV announced on Thursday.which will also serve as the series finale, airing in 2017.
The sixth and final season will premiere in November with a 20 episode run, and MTV debuted the first Season 6 trailer at the convention during the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday, executive producer Jeff Davis, along with stars Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Dylan Sprayberry, Cody Christian and Khylin Rhambo, announced that the upcoming 20-episode season will be the show’s last.
Season 6 is slated to premiere in November and will wrap in 2017.
The cast and crew also premiered the first trailer for Season 6, which introduces the season’s big villain: The Ghost Riders.
"The legend has always been that The Wild Hunt takes people, but the truth is much worse,” Seth Gilliam says in the clip. “They erase people from reality."
From the looks of it, Dylan O’Brien will be the next target of the new big bads, erased from the memories of his friends and family.
